Currency Disclaimer
All purchases on this web site are made in Australian Dollars using the appropriate exchange rate at the time of processing the credit card details. The exchange rate is subject to the Australian banking system's rules and regulations.

Delivery Time Frames
The WaterWise Garden will advise within two (2) business days if goods are not available.

All orders will be dispatched within two (2) business days of receipt.
Australian Orders may take up to seven (7) business days delivery time depending on their destination.
Overseas On-line Orders will vary in delivery time depending on their destination.

Refunds/Returns
Goods will not be accepted for return unless they are deemed to be faulty as a direct result of manufacture or inferior packaging, or are damaged in transit.

Please notify our Help Desk helpdesk@thewaterwisegarden.com within seven (7) days of  receipt of goods. We require the following information before a refund or return can be made -

• Order Number
• Full Name
• Email address
• Reason for wanting refund/return

Once this information has been received we can advise by return email the procedure for returning the goods.

Australia - returned goods must be received within 14 days of dispatch from The WaterWise Garden.
Outside Australia - goods to be returned on advice from The WaterWise Garden.

Refunds will be processed upon return of  goods to The WaterWise Garden.

Shipping
All orders, unless otherwise advised are sent using Australia Post services.
Overseas orders are sent by air.
All orders will be dispatched within two (2) business days of receipt.

Virus Warning
The WaterWise Garden cannot guarantee that this web site or any linked web sites are virus free. It is up to each visitor to install virus protection software on their own computers and to update this software regularly.
