Why doesn't the download
software work?
Have you 'unzipped' the file that you downloaded? This is necessary before you can
view the software. Please follow the 'unzipping' instructions.
Will the software work on my Mac?
Yes, the CDRom is suitable Macintosh ® computers that include a web browser.
What are the software
specifications?
The Gardening Software is suitable for IBM ® and Macintosh ® personal computers.
We expect the software to work on ALL platforms that include a web browser.
The Gardening Software has been successfully tested on a number of versions of the
following platforms - Linux, Mac, Solaris, Windows.
The Colourful WaterWise Gardening Software is suitable for both the Northern
and Southern Hemispheres.
Will I be able to buy the plants?
The plants included on the Gardening Software originate from all over the world and are
available world-wide. But like plants from all gardening books, some may be more readily
available in your area than others.
Is the Gardening Software
suitable for all over the world?
Yes, the Gardening Software has been designed with monthly calendars for both the Northern
Hemisphere (eg. USA, UK) and Southern Hemisphere (eg. Australia, NZ). You select the
appropriate calendar depending on where you live.
When I put the CDRom in nothing
came up on my screen. What do I do?
The CDRom should startup automatically. If problems are encountered with the automatic
startup of the CDRom -
Windows Users Open Windows Explorer and locate and double-click the
"STARTCD" file that is included on the CDRom.
Macintosh Users please drag the "STARTCD.htm" file onto an
opened web browsers. Internet connection is not required.
What is the difference between
the "Colourful WaterWise Gardening" CDRom and the Download
version?
The only difference between the "Colourful WaterWise Gardening" CDRom
and Download versions is the picture quality of all pictures (which have been
compressed on the Download version to 20% of their original quality).
How long before I receive my
order?
All orders will be dispatched within 2 business days of receipt.
Australian Orders may take up to 7 business days delivery time depending on
their destination.
Overseas Orders may take up to 10 business days delivery time
depending on their destination.
We will advise you by email that the goods have been sent. If goods are not available we
will advise you within 2 business days.

software which is represented by a gold padlock at the bottom of the screen.
